T-Shirts South Africa: Refund & Returns Policy

Refund & Returns Policy: At T-Shirts South Africa, we want you to be happy with every plain apparel purchase. Should you decide to change your mind, you are welcome to return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery—hassle-free.

Eligibility for Returns

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. All tags and packaging must be intact. You need your original invoice or order number.

How to Return

Please contact us at returns@tshirtssa.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Include: Your name and order number Please specify which item(s) you wish to return. Reason for return (e.g., “Too big,” “Changed my mind”) We’ll send you a return authorisation number (RA) and the address to send your parcel.

Pack items securely and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Post your return using a trackable courier service (at your cost).

Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5 business days. We’ll credit the original payment method. Exchanges: If you’d like a different size, place a new order online and return the original. We’ll refund the first order once we get it back.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Items must be plain apparel only—no custom-printed or altered goods. Sale items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or refunded.

Shipping Costs

Return postage is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong product. In those cases, we’ll cover shipping and arrange a prepaid label.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered: Contact us within 7 days at returns@tshirtssouthafrica.com with photos of the faulty or incorrect item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund.
